Terms of Use

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and LemonPillar LLC for using Adri. We’ve kept them as short and plain as we can. By creating an account or using Adri, you agree to them.

The short version. What you put in Adri is yours. Use it for yourself and within the law. The Free plan has monthly limits; Adri Pro raises them through a subscription, and Adri Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Subscriptions are billed by the store you bought them through and can be cancelled there. Adri helps you remember, but it can make mistakes, so don’t rely on it alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause serious harm.

Who we are

Adri is operated by LemonPillar LLC (“Adri”, “we”, “us”), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. You can reach us at support@telladri.com.

Your account

You need an account to use Adri, and you must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 in the EEA and UK. Keep your password to yourself: you’re responsible for what happens under your account.

You can delete your account at any time: in the app, under You, tap Delete account & data; or, if you can’t sign in, follow the steps at telladri.com/delete-account.

Your personal information will then be deleted or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy, except for information we need or are legally permitted to retain to comply with the law, prevent fraud, keep Adri secure, resolve disputes, or enforce our rights, such as billing records. Deleted data may also remain in backups for a limited time before those backups are overwritten.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel it separately through the store you bought it from.

Your content

Everything you tell Adri, and the tasks, reminders, and notes it creates from your input, belongs to you. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and operate Adri for you, including sorting your input into items, delivering reminders, searching, answering your questions, and keeping the service working, secure, and supported.

When you delete content or your account, we will stop processing that content for those purposes, except as necessary to complete deletion, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or retain information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To provide Adri’s AI features, what you write is processed by third-party AI providers. Our Privacy Policy identifies these providers and explains how your data is handled. We don’t sell your content, use it to train AI models, or use it for advertising.

Using Adri fairly

Please don’t use Adri to:

We may suspend or close an account for these reasons. Where reasonably possible, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Free plan and Adri Pro

Free. Adri is free to start, with monthly limits on captures and Ask Adri questions. Current allowances are shown on our pricing page and in the app.

Adri Pro. Pro raises those allowances. Where available, it’s sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store as a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription and billed under the relevant store’s terms. Prices and allowances are shown on our pricing page and in the app before you buy. Pro includes monthly allowances, not unlimited use.

Adri Lifetime. Adri Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. It provides the Pro features and monthly allowances included with Pro for as long as Adri continues to make them available. It does not guarantee that Adri will operate indefinitely. If Adri closes, the “Changes and ending” section below applies.

When Pro ends. If your subscription ends or a purchase is refunded, your account returns to the Free plan. Your saved tasks, reminders, and notes remain in your account, and the Free plan’s monthly limits apply from then on.

Price changes. We may change prices or allowances. Price changes won’t apply to a billing period you’ve already paid for. We’ll communicate and implement changes in accordance with the relevant store’s rules and applicable consumer protection laws.

What Adri can and can’t promise

Adri uses AI to turn what you tell it into tasks, reminders, and notes. Results can be incomplete or wrong. Proposed items aren’t added to your saved tasks, reminders, or notes until you confirm them, so please review them first.

We work hard to deliver reminders on time, but notifications depend on your phone’s settings, its connection, its operating system, and other factors outside our control. We can’t guarantee that every notification will arrive. Don’t rely on Adri alone for medication, medical, safety-critical, or other matters where a missed or incorrect reminder could cause serious harm. Adri is not a medical device and doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition.

Adri is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This doesn’t affect any warranty or right that cannot be excluded where you live.

Limits on our liability

To the extent permitted by law, LemonPillar LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of Adri.

To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to Adri is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, or takes away consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes and ending

Adri will change as we improve it. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or operate the service. If a change materially affects something you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you in advance where reasonably possible and meet any refund and consumer protection obligations that apply.

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for significant changes, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you don’t agree with the updated terms, you can stop using Adri and delete your account.

You can stop using Adri at any time. If we stop offering Adri altogether, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data, to the extent permitted by law and technically possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live somewhere that gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under your local consumer law, these terms don’t take those rights away.

If you got Adri from the App Store

These terms also serve as the licence agreement for Adri on iPhone. If you downloaded Adri from Apple’s App Store, the following additional terms apply:
