Delete your account
Your captures are yours. You can delete your Adri account, and everything in it, at any time — from inside the app, or by writing to us if you can no longer sign in.
From the app
- Open Adri and go to the You tab.
- Tap Delete account & data at the bottom.
- Confirm. The account is deleted straight away.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email support@telladri.com from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it once we can confirm the request comes from the account holder, and reply to confirm — within 30 days, and usually far sooner.
What is deleted
Deleting the account removes, permanently:
- the account itself, and your email address and name;
- every task, reminder and note, including completed ones;
- every message you sent Adri, and everything it proposed;
- your profile photo;
- your usage counts and the product events tied to the account.
Nothing is kept for later use, and none of it is recoverable afterwards. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis, so deleted content may persist in a backup for a short time before it is overwritten.
Subscriptions
A subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, before or after deleting.
